Data, Data, Everywhere…
With so many moving parts generating so much data, it’s tough to turn it all into actionable information. On the one hand, you need to know everything about one specific student’s entire history and progress. On the other, aggregate real-time statistics and historic trends. Students and staff are always moving, and your funding is directly contingent upon accurate reports. We get it, and we’re here to help you.
- Longitudinal Data Warehouse, Analysis, and Reporting that improve the quality, accessibility, and reporting of longitudinal data on students’ entire academic careers.
- Data Collection and State Reporting solutions that harness the power of SIF to automatically integrate horizontal systems and report data vertically from districts up to the state.
- Student Record and Transcript Exchange massively simplifies and accelerates the processes of sending and receiving student records and transcripts.
- Unique ID Management, Student Transfer, and Claiming that automate the assignment and transfer of student IDs, helping to ensure full funding.
- Statewide Portal and Directory that provide a single sign-on to multiple applications and facilitate communication through the entire state.
- State Assessment Integration that helps facilitate the exchange of assessment data from Pearson and non-Pearson assessment systems to LEAs.
- Professional Development to help you make better sense of the data your organization collects and manages.
